personal journey
Inside my
Hi, I’m Juliette! I grew up in the small town of Granby, Connecticut, where community and family have always been at the center of my life. I’m incredibly grateful for the people who shaped me—my family, friends, and the dance community that has been my second home for as long as I can remember. Dance has been my passion for years, and it continues to inspire my creativity, discipline, and love for expression. This space is a little glimpse into who I am and the things that matter most to me.
My Hometown
I grew up in Granby, CT — a small town about 20 minutes outside of Hartford. Known for its rural character, open spaces, and strong sense of community, Granby provided a supportive and grounded environment throughout my childhood. From local events to the close-knit atmosphere that shaped everyday life, my hometown played a significant role in forming my values and perspective. It’s a place that taught me the importance of connection, resilience, and appreciating the environment around me.
Family & Friends
VUDT
The Villanova Dance Team has bonded me with girls that I now consider family.
Sisters
I’ve loved being able to celebrate some of my sister’s biggest moments – including her graduation from Villanova.
Alpha Chi Omega
My sorority has allowed me to build relationships and connect with so many amazing individuals.
Family
Celebrating moments with family is what makes them the most special.
My Dance Journey
Competitive Dance
At age 6, I began training in various styles of dance including jazz, contemporary, ballet, hip hop, and acrobatics. I fell in love with the feeling of being on stage and attended competitions all around the country.
Villanova Dance Team
I am currently the Technique Captain of the Villanova Dance Team. We perform at every men’s and women’s home basketball game, as well as every home football game. We also compete at UDA Nationals every January. VUDT allows me to bring my love for performing to some of the nation’s most prominent stadiums, including Madison Square Garden and the Xfinity Center in Philadelphia.
Teaching and Choreography
Today, my passion translates back into the studio. I teach and choreograph competitive pieces for both my hometown studio as well as a studio in PA. I look to share my love for dance with the next generation.
